I am the expert of my life-
I, more than anyone, know what it is that I want to accomplish-
I know my capabilities
I know my weaknesses
I know my fears
I know my heart and what causes it to leap with joy
I have known me longer than anyone
I have known me to hide from the world because I thought myself unworthy
I have sat alone with myself in the darkness and wept
I have held my own hand during anxiety
I have spoken to my reflection, words of encouragement and hope for our future
I have prayed for the healing of my soul and continue to search for peace
I gifted myself with forgiveness
I gifted myself with gratitude
I gifted myself with respect
I gifted myself with a future.
I  will see to my needs without apology or guilt.
I will continually educate myself and grow
I will feed my body and mind with goodness
I am the expert of my life
You have no say on anything in regards to my past
