FEAR is a liar. FEAR is the devil whispering into your ear. He is telling you, you can’t do it. He is telling you, that you aren’t good enough. He’s whispering it to your inner critic, who can’t wait to tell you what you can, or cannot do.
Excerpt from THE CALCINATION OF A VOLATILE LIFE by: Paula Julson
Quit being afraid to fail. I have a lot of failures that have turned into something better than I could have ever imagined! Let others point out your mistakes. Let them dwell on your misgivings. Let them remind you of your shortcomings, and failed attempts. That is just their way of talking themselves out of trying something new.
They are afraid…so they use you as an example of why they don’t do it. So, go ahead and keep changing your course. Keep trying new things. If your family and friends can’t see the same vision as you do…OH WELL!! It’s not their vision. It’s yours!
Don’t expect everyone around you to support your dream. You need to be confident in your decisions You do not need validation from someone else! Quit looking for validation from someone who doesn’t share your vision. They can’t see what you see because they aren’t YOU!
Stop comparing your life with someone else’s life. Nobody else is you. You hold the key to your success and happiness. It’s all YOU.
